You may have noticed a change in our booking process — and yes, it's intentional.

Over the past weeks, our previous booking system had recurring issues: failed confirmation emails, payment errors, and problems with gift voucher redemption. Some reservations didn't go through correctly, and that's not the experience we want for you.

Smash Room is supposed to be fun, easy, and stress-relieving — not a source of frustration.

That's why we've upgraded to a new, faster, and more reliable reservation system, which offers:

  • Direct booking on our website

  • Smooth and simple checkout

  • Three language versions (CZ / EN / DE)

  • Easy voucher application

  • Works perfectly on both mobile and desktop

What About Gift Vouchers?

If you purchased a gift voucher in the old system and haven't used it yet, don't worry.

We have already re-issued all unused vouchers and sent them to your email through the new system.

  • The email used during purchase

  • Voucher code or screenshot (if available — but not required)
