Terms and conditions and complaints

1. Reservation

  • Reservations can be made via the online system at

    https://www.reservio.cz/b/smash-room-praha.

  • The reservation is valid immediately after purchase.

  • Changes or cancellations of reservations are possible no later than 4 days before the planned visit.

  • In the event of cancellation less than 4 days in advance or no-show, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

  • The operator reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel reservations.


2. Entry and safety rules

  • Smash Room is intended only for persons over 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or their consent.

  • All visitors are required to complete a short briefing and familiarize themselves with the safety rules.

  • Entry to the smash zone is only permitted with full protective equipment (helmet, goggles, overalls, gloves).

  • Visitors are required to behave responsibly, not enter under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and follow the instructions of the operator.

  • Each visitor signs a declaration of responsibility before entering and enters the area at their own risk.


3. Liability and damage

  • Visitors are responsible for damage caused outside the designated smashing area or by failure to comply with the rules.

  • The operator is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow instructions, negligent behavior, or violation of the rules.

  • The operator is insured for all cases of personal injury with Kooperativa.


4. Ecological approach

  • All objects to be broken come from secondary sources and are intended for ecological processing.

  • All waste is sorted and taken for recycling after the event (wood, glass, electronics, metals, plastics).


5. Personal data protection

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

6. Withdrawal from the service provision contract

In accordance with Section 1837 letters a) and j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the service was provided in full with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract no later than 4 days before the reserved date and time of the service. The withdrawal can be made independently via a link in the confirmation email from the booking system. After the cancellation, the system will automatically return the paid amount back to the consumer's account.

7. Complaints about services (rights from defective performance)

The buyer - the consumer has the right to make a complaint about the service if the service was not provided in the agreed scope, quality or time.
A complaint can be filed:

  • in writing to the company's registered office: FreedomBro s.r.o., Zámecká 166, 747 33 Oldřišov

  • electronically via e-mail: info@smashroom.cz

  • or in person at the place of service provision, if the nature of the service allows it

a) When filing a complaint, the consumer will receive a written confirmation that will contain:
• date of filing the complaint
• description of the defect/service to which the complaint relates
• requested method of handling the complaint
• contact details of the consumer (e.g. e-mail or telephone), to which a response will be sent
b) The complaint will be handled no later than 30 calendar days from its filing, unless both parties agree otherwise. The consumer will be informed of the handling via the contact details provided when filing the complaint.
c) After the complaint has been resolved, the consumer will receive a written confirmation that will include:
• the date and method of resolving the complaint,
• in the case of a repair, also a confirmation of its implementation and duration,
• in the case of a rejection of the complaint, the justification for the rejection.
d) In the event of the 30-day period lapseing in vain, the consumer has the right to:
• withdraw from the contract, or
• demand an appropriate discount on the price of the service.

8. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

The consumer has the right to contact the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes entity, which is:

Out-of-court settlement only concerns disputes between the seller and the consumer arising from a consumer contract. The consumer can submit a proposal to initiate out-of-court proceedings via the web form at the address above.

9. Final Provisions

  • The Operator reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • By entering the Smash Room premises, the visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.
